George's hearing consultant is contacting Alder Hey to see if there is an ENT surgeon available on the day George goes for the op on his 'boyhood' to see if they can fit grommets in his ears at the same time. There is every chance that they won't be able to as his ear canals are so small but it would be great if they could. Would mean one less G.A. and it would be nice to say goodbye to the hearing aids too. Fingers crossed x

thats great news , i hope they can do the 2 things at the same time Danny is waiting to get grommets in too he is due to be seen by the ent this month but still awaiting an appointment

That's great news Claire. Makes sense for them to have a look if he's going to be under anaesthetic anyway, even if they find his ear canal is defo too small at the moment at least you'll feel better knowing they've had a go. Keeping fingers crossed for you x x
