Saw the dietitian today and Holly now weights 18lb 4oz so has dropped again. So she is on 500ml a day of tube feeds to start with and then see how she goes from there. see if its a long term thing again or not. Although I am not mega pleased in her being back on NG feeds, I am happy that something is being done to help her.

Awwww poor little mite Ril but as others said, at least she will hopefully put some weight on. I assume there are no probs with her thyroid that are stopping her weight gain, I know you posted elsewhere that she is eating ok. Hope it helps and isn't a long term thing. Big hugs. Lucy xxx

She has coped really well with it and hasn't messed with tubey much at all. The difference in her already is amazing she seems so much brighter and more alert. Hopefully she will have the energy now to finally get up off her butt and walk somewhere... LOL Odiness, her thyroid is OK, but she has got to be retested for coeliacs which can cause "Failure to thrive" as they put it. So fingers crossed.
