I have just booked a holiday to Disney World in Florida - Yipee- for December (we sooooooooo can't afford it tho! lol) but I was wondering whether anyone knew if there were any problems or restrictions with long flights after heart surgery? We have chosen to go in December as its the coolest time of year over there (still aroung 20 degrees C in the daytime tho) as I am aware that heart babies and babies with Downs can struggle in hot climates. Has anyone had experience of travelling abroad with a baby after heart surgery? Thomas will be around 17 months old when we go so not exactly a baby but still little. Also, any hints and tips on travelling with a baby this age would be much appreciated.
