Rachel is very much like Lucy, she can do the splits& does regularly, she can sit with legs wide apart & then lay forward totally flat on the floor( if you get my drift), she sits on my lap when she's tired twiddling with her toes up beside her ear ! Rachel can crawl on hands & knees but her preferred method is bear walking so up on her feet ,straight legs & hands. It's all to do with hypermobility aound their hips so her physio tells me. I am very envious of her flexibility!

Daniel does the bear walking too - he's very fast and its hilarious to watch! Forwards. backwards, sideways!! He is really flexible to and often sleeps completely bent in half. I'm sure he'll make a great yoga teacher when hes older!!

Hi Karne Jasmine is the same. Ultra flexible, the positions she gets into amaze me. The crab, headstands, splits, very funny to watch.
