Never thought I would qualify but as Camerons carer I do.
I'll be fit and healthy till this time next year!
The Florence Nightingale of our house, well i'm more of an NHS Nurse, underpaid, overworked and not appreciated
Apologises for not being on in a while, 4 kids does'nt half keep you busy!!

Does that mean that all of us 'carers ' are entitled to a flu jab ? Or is it just you lucky 'carers in Scotland ? I have been registered as a carer at my surgery for at least the last 10 years because of our son Jason & now Rachel & I have never been offered a flu jab !

Me & hubby are having the flu jab this Saturday, then i am taking the boys to have theirs done on wednesday (they do the kiddies all together on a different day). Our GP writes to us every year to remind us and the whole fam have it done because Harry has had pneumonia several times + heart surgery, chest infections etc. I'd definitely ask if no one has mentioned it to you xxx

We've just had our flu jab - they didnt bat an eyelid when I asked if I could have one because I was Daniels carer - I just joined the queue of oaps! Daniel didnt even flinch when he had his, and then gave himself a round of applause! xx
