I'm sorry Joshua's Dad, it's those cunning women they fooled it out of me. As long as I don't tell them the one where we start a row on purpose so that we can storm out of the house straight to the pub and then come home 5 hours later and make up we should be alright. DOHH DOHH DOHH !!!!!!

Gemma had blood tests at birth for her thyroid function and then every 6 months thereafter. Gemma doesnt like giving her blood that freely so they usually spray where they are going to take the blood to numb it. I think this helps a bit. Earlier this year she was diagnosed wih Hypothyroidism. She is on Levothyroxine 1 5ml spoonful a day and this has bought her levels back up to normal, so hopefully they will stay this way and the medicine will not have to be increased. There are a lot of side effects to an underactive thyroid, so I definitly think its good to have regular blood tests to keep a check on it. She has no side effects being on this medicine and she is full of energy.
