Any ideas on natural remedies for constipation ? I think Grace is becoming a bit constipated and I dont want to start any Laxatives incase I make her bowel lazy. So far she has been pretty regular so it is not normally a concern.

Hiya - my health visitor recommended a teaspoon of orange juice for constipation - works like a charm! It helped Daniel and he had it when he was little (although he's only 6 months now!)

If she is on High Cal milk that can make her a bit bunged up. Just offer her one watered down feed a day and that should really help too
