We got Gemmas from our County Council. We got it when she was 22 months old. I wrote a separate letter about all the appointments we have to go to with Gemma and how we always have to park along way from the entrance which either meant carrying her or taking a pushchair which is sometimes awkward in small waiting rooms. I also sent copies of her appointment letters. Hope this helps. xx
