After more advice... lol
I am scared that Jasmine is strating to develop behavoural problems and I don't know the best way to handle it. I know she seems really young for this but she has such a temper like you wouldn't believe, if I try to make her do something or stop her doing something that she shouldn't be she goes into a complete meltdown. She will scream and kick and thrash herself about! The worst is when I'm trying to change her nappy or dress her.
The one occassion when I can guarantee that she will start playing up is feeding times. She used to love her dinners but just recently, as soon as I try to feed her she starts shouting at the top of her voice, believe me, you have never heard such a loud noise from such a little person! I am scared she might strain her voice she yells so hard. As soon as I stop trying to feed her her dinner and move onto pudding or yoghurt, she is as good as gold so I know that it is because she doesn't want what I am trying to give her!
Has anyone got any suggestions. I want to nip this in the bud before it gets uncontrollable as sometimes I find it hard to cope due to the fact that i am on my own with her and I feel myself loosing my temper which I know is wrong because shouting at her won't help.
I wonder whether it's her way of communicating or frustration because she can't tell me. What does everyone think? I'm not sure whether there are any professionals that might be able to give me some advice.
