If the kids are walking by the time they are 3, can we still get mobility??
I know what you mean Rilith, you won't knowwhat to do with your riches lol. Well, when you've been working with what you've got, anythings a bonus isn't it. I'm soo pleased for you.

LMAO ... OMG JoJo Insulted now.... ;D
To answer your question, yes even if they are walking at 3 some may find it difficult or tiring to walk for long periods of time so should be entitled to mobility rate too

the consultant said to me and adam that we should apply for it coz it is in place 2 cover the cost of travel expences and when we have 2 take josh 2 appointments, it is for loss of earning as well, he agreed that it can be a put off hearing about being refused, but he said that we should apply, our portage worker, when she gets in touch, should be able to help out with all of this

I had to wait until my daughter was three to get mobility even though she had hospital appointments etc.. but then it took until she was 8 to get DLA at the higher rate. Although Charlotte can walk, she cant do distance and would not be safe to walk around by herself. I now have a car that I am buying through mobility.
