Well, Thomas had his first outpatients app on Monday. His echo looked really good and he has NO LEAK on his new valve!!! I'm amazed! The surgeon said that Thomas would almost certainly have a leak that may require further surgery at some stage but at the moment he doesn't! I'm soooooo happy! The docs were really pleased with Thomas and have now cut his diuretics down to once a day. We go back in 4 weeks for another check up but its looking good right now. How amazing are heart babies?? They bounce back so well! I'd still be whinging now about it! lol
