Hi all,
Just a quicky to let you know that I went for the detailed scan this morning, the heart specialist who was there was really lovely and said he can't detect any problems at all, he explained that 1 in 3 babies with DS do have heart difficulties but so far she is one of the lucky 2 in 3....
He didn't really look at very much else but was laughing because she was doing her usual water aerobics, arms and legs flying all over the place... hence the nickname 'The Wriggler'....
It was a huge relief and I smiled all the way to my hospital appointment and then for the rest of the day.
Thanks for everyone's positive thoughts for me and Jasmine, clearly they helped.
Take care everyone.
Lucy xxx

Awwww thanks girls. I don't need to push Lizzie hun, I go back at 28 weeks for a growth scan and then have one every 2 to 4 weeks thereafter until she arrives.... I've updated my other thread but looks like I was wrong about my Midwife and Consultant, they are keen to take very good care of us both!
Am so relieved and happy tonite tho. Smiled all day! lol
