Well credit check for Rob was fine but they asked for a guarantor anyway. My Mum is now that for us, even though she earns less than Rob and has a mortgage to pay!
Should be moving to a three bed house with gardens next thursday. Going to Ikea on the wednesday to buy the bedroom furniture we want for saul and other bits then getting them to deliever on the Thurs as well.
Called estate agent yesterday to check tehy have the tenancy for us to sign next week, and was told even though the credit check did bank and reference stuff, they now need 2 months bank statements and references for themselves, before we sign!
So as its a bank holiday and they tell me this at 4:30pm friday we don't have much time is we need to sign wednesday after noon, am so peed off with them. Plus i wanted to go in to measure for curtains and the estate agent dealing with it is going on holiday so can't do that either.
At teh opposite end of our new road is a catholic school, and nursery. Although we are not religious, they will accept Saul as they try to take disabilities. They have small groups of children to, haven't seen it yet but it was recommended by another mum who's Downs son attends. The lady whop runs it used to work for the local disabled childrens school, so uses Makaton and is really well trained for special needs. we're going in on the 5th June so they can assess if Saul needs one 2 one help with getting about and things like that. I doubt he will need any help with that as his quite good at walking, clumbsy at times though. But we'll see what they'll say, and he'll start in September for a few mornings a week, 9 - 11:30.
Well on the baby front everythings fine, will be 29weeks on Monday. had blood test on wednesday at midwife clinic, but got a call to say it was labelled wrong so will have to go to hosp and have it redone. decided to name him Tai and he is very violent, can't even rest my hand on the bump as he starts kicking. Midwife gets booted off if she tries to find his heart beat.
