The amount of appointments we all have and the different people we need to see each time, if like me there is a bit of a complicated history type it up and keep a copy in your little red book.
Also get a folder and keep the red book in there with all letters from the hospital about dates and times of appointments and important phone numbers that all relate to LO
It just helps to not forget the smaller details and gives you chance to focus on something else.

What a good idea Rilith.
Around here though I have been given a folder from 'team around the child' to keep names and numbers appointments etc. It's a new thing and really good, though I don't use it too often it's really good for looking up names and putting in Lisa's mile stones, what she likes/doesn't like. What problems she has etc...it's good to pass around the pro's when you meet them so you don't have to keep repeating yourself. They all know about it around here so they expect you to have one. Do you have anything like that wherte you are?
