Well,
I put Grace into her little rocker chair yesterday , after getting in from shopping all day. She was very sleepy and usually doesn't even move about that much when she is like this. I put the TV on for her and went into the kitchen to put things away and make a coffee , then, I heard this awful screaming. when I went back into the living room there she was on the floor , face down and in absolute hysterics. She doesn't appear to have any marks or bruises and is perfectly OK after me cuddling her for about an hour.
Not sure who cried the most , grace or me ? I have never felt so guilty in all my life. TBH I never even thought she would have the strength to get herself off the end of it , but , thats what I get for thinking eh !!
Shirley xx

i wouldnt worry too much about feling guilty, when josh was 3 weeks old adam and i were cutting his nails, i was holding his hand and adam was cutting his nails, as adam clamped down joshua wriggled and got his hand out of mine, nipping the top of his finger - it bled for absoloutely ages so we took him to A&E we just had to keep his finger wrapped tightly for a while and he was fine, the only thing is now ... my mum cuts joshua's nails now.. without me or adam being there!

Not having a good day either, don't worry it happens to us all. When Oliver was small I left him on the bed and he decided that was the time to learn to roll and rolled off the bed. I was beside myself. Today I have spent an awful lot of time on the computer getting the web site ready for launch, only to find that Oliver has a temperature and is unwell, what sort of mum am I? I have said "OK Oli be there in a min" for the last 4 hours, he is just settling now after giving him his medicine. I think I may be in for a rough night. Typical Andy is off tomorrow and we were meant to be going out for the day I just hope it does not turn into croup and we end up in hospital, as we do most years here's hoping.

My sister came over earlier and was holding Rhys, she went to sit him down on the floor, forgetting that he can't actually sit on his own yet!.....well of coarse, he fell right back, and didn't we know about it lol!

OOOOO I did that too Dannii. With Holster being on Aspirin she bled for ages, luckily I was able to do a pressure dressing at home As for the falling over and falling off things, I think we have all been there at some point. Kids are there to turn us grey !!!
