I have my forms and am having a go at filling them in all by myself, any hints and tips would be appreciated. But am stuck at the "help the child needs when they go out during the the day or evening" section... my hotmail e-mail is taceunity@hotmail.co.uk and am on-line most evenings.

Always think of the worst day you have ever had when looking after your lil one, and take it from there. So for example..... When you go to the shops, Do you have to carry Leo because he can't manage to walk that far??? Or if he is toddling you have to be even more constantly aware of accidents because he is unstable and unaware of the simplest of dangers?

hi good luck these forms are such a pain
make sure in the boxes asking how long it takes to do each thing i.e get dressed you always put more than 15mins or they won't even bother reading that section. Do you have a key worker or disabilities social worker that could help because if mine hadn't we would have missed loads of points. they are so used to the forms they really make you notice even the tiniest detail, that you forget as its part of your everyday life.
hope you get it straight away
