Well in the nurofen bottle you get a long thin measurer (squirter) which is great for squirting.
You can fill it with water and show her how it works then next time fill it with medicine and squirt into the cheek.
Cameron is great at taking medicine, his face lights up when he sees medicine box. Niamh isn't so the squirter is great for her

I mix it in yoghurt - but tthat only works with calpol and stuff like that - it tastes sweet so works well with puddings.

I have had to be real evil in my time. Especially with DS2 when it was time for his inhaler. He HATED it. How we had to get him was, we had to swaddle him in a blanket tight and just make him have it. Otherwise it would have been a 6 person job.
Holly doesn't like her meds, some mix well with drink. Calpol doesn't though. That has to be forced down too, and we do that the same way. We have to put the syringe right at the back of her mouth, otherwise she will spit it out.
She is the only kid I know that doesn't like calpol. The lads find excuses to have it... LOL
