I thought we'd escaped the winter bugs now Saul broke up from nursery but it found us. Most of us have had this achy cold but Saul just comes off worse everytime. He is coughing, got a runny nose, slight diahreah (sp), really tired, doesn't really want to eat. He can't say what's wrong so having to load him up with calpol in hope it makes him feel better. Want it gone before xmas day
hope everyone else is okay

Yup Lisa hasn't got away from it either.
She's had her cold on and off since we went to Butlins.
Just got some anti biotics so hopefully she'll be better by Christmas day!
Hope Saul gets better soon.xx

Yeah we had a scare today ourselves. Grace suddenly stopped feeding yesterday and was just sleeping all the time and short of breath. We thought she was going into failure as so far she hasnt needed any meds for her AVSD. Spent the day in the childrens hospital and turns out she has Bronchilitis. Funny thing is she has been getting the synagis immunisation to prevent her getting the very same thing. Stephen and I are both loaded with the cold also so its a pretty miserable household.
Ah well, at least she is back home with us for another while.
Hope everyone else is doing better
Shirley & Grace

Thanks to you both, the nurses were lovely. So far all my experiences in the Royal and in antrim hospital have been good. Hope it stays that way !

Oh by the way, Grace is doing much better today, has been taking 4oz bottles all day. Think the suctioning in the hospital has worked even though it was traumatising for us all.

Well Brian picked up the flu bug going about and has now passed it on to Cammie. Aches, Pains, Shivers, Fever, Runny Nose, Headaches, cough, snot escaping everywhere, ears bunged up.
Called NHS 24 today but he is on the best medicine he can get is Medised,
It wouldn't be so bad if he slept well but he is so restless, fortunately alex and I have escaped it but i don't know if my immune system can take much more.
Glad to hear Grace is doing better, yet another wee soldier!

eeek everyone seems to be getting snotty coldy type things! Caleb hasn't caught anything yet - 15 weeks and going strong (he takes after his Dad who hasn't had a cold since 1998 he reckons) I however get EVERYTHING going - so I really feel for all of you with your snottyness.
