First Purees Autumn Harvest 4oz carrot 4oz Parsnip 4oz Swede 4oz potato 300ml (1/2 pint) of formula Peel and Chop veg, place in saucepan with the formula, cook for 20 mins until soft. Puree or seive til smooth (If a bit thick you can always thin it down with more formula)

Mixed Vegetable Platter 4oz carrot 6oz Potato 4oz broccoli 2oz Green cabbage 300ml (or half pint of Formula) Peel and chop. Add to saucepan with Formula, cook until soft. Puree

Red Pepper Risotto 2oz (1/4 a cup) of long grain rice 300ml Formula 3oz red Pepper 3oz Courgette 2oz celery Place the rice and milk in a saucepan, bring to the bopil and simmer uncovered for 5 mins Trim and chop veg (make sure to discard all core seeds from pepper) and rinse well Add veggies to the rice, cover and boil for 10 mins. A nice and tangy receipe

Turkey Stew with Carrots and Sweetcorn 6oz Potato 6oz Carrot 4oz Turkey breast, (skinned and boned) 2oz frozen sweetcorn 300ml of formula Peel and chop veggies. Rinse turkey and cut into thin strips. Place into a saucepan with the potato and carrot. Add the sweetcorn and milk. Cover and simmer for 20 mins until the turkey has cooked through. Puree

Trout and courgette Savoury 10oz potatos 6oz Courgettes 4oz pink trout fillet 250ml of formula Peel and chop veggies place veg in a saucepan. Rinse the trout and place on top of the veg. Pour in the milk. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 15 mins. lift the trout out of the pan and peel off the skin. Break with a knife and fork checking for bones. Puree or sieve

I got some bigger ones too if you like Holly is still mainly on mush but she is doing a few lumps as long as they are softish ones

OOh i like the sound of the trout , but at what age can you start giving a baby fish ? we eat alot of salmon so would that be ok ?? jess eats all the other meats beef pork chick all blended up with veg , we have no stopped buying jars completely and i would love to introduce her to fish x

They're great 'Aunty Rilly'. I'm going to try George with some of these as the only dinner he eats is chicken with carrot, parsnip and leak (homemade). Think I'll so the red pepper one first!! x

There great Rilith, think I'll give Alex a try on some of them. Feeding is our big concern at the moment, he is really lazy and won't eat anything that he needs to chew. If you have any more with softish lumps (hope that makes sense!) would love to see them.
