Slightly Thicker purees
2 Tomatoes 1/4 Onion 8oz Potato 2oz button Mushrooms 4oz lean minced beef 1 tbsp tom ketchup 250ml water pinch of dried mixed herbs
Peel tomatoes and scoop seeds (or use some peeled plum tinned toms)
Finely chop onion, potatoes and slice mushrooms
Dry Fry the beef in a saucepan until brown
Add the toms, pots, Mushrooms and onion and stir well. Cook for approx 3-5 mins
Add water and ketchup, cover and simmer for 40 mins
Process or mash to desired consistancy
